Key Responsibilities
- Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and execute a sales plan to achieve and exceed sales targets for Straumann Group products and services in the assigned territory.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with existing and potential customers, including dentists, clinics, and distributors.
- Market Analysis: Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.
- Product Promotion: Educate customers on Straumann products and services through product demonstrations, presentations, and technical support to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Account Management: Manage key accounts, ensuring retention and growth by addressing their specific needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams (marketing, education, customer service, and clinical) to coordinate efforts and deliver value to customers.
- Reporting & Documentation: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and market intelligence using CRM tools.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, Dentistry, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of sales experience, preferably in the dental, healthcare, or medical device industry.
- Language Skills: Fluency in English and Arabic is required.
- Technical Skills: Strong understanding of dental solutions, medical devices, or related products is preferred.
- Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
- Proactive, goal-oriented, and self-motivated mindset.
- Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and adapt strategies accordingly.
- Technology Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM systems and MS Office tools.
- Travel: Willingness to travel within the assigned territory as needed.
