About the role
Maintains all sales leads in accordance with established hotel procedures and standards. Adds value in meeting the hotel’s needs by identifying and implementing sales strategies that support the hotel’s strategic direction, maximize opportunities for all groups and FIT business through careful research and targeted action plan. Develops professional relationships with clients to support achieving the hotel’s goals outlined in the Sales & Marketing Plan and to best achieve a long-term business success.
What you will do
Develops an effective relationship with all clients as well as hotel guests. Regularly coaches and develops daily activities within the department and keep an active sales call plan and visits to clients. To prospect and sell to accounts on behalf of the hotel in accordance with the objectives established in the marketing plan. Prospect and exploit new accounts & segments. To ensure that sales activities, top accounts and bookings are focused to yield maximum revenue per available room, customer retention, and efforts geared towards developing new business through alternative channels. Follows-up on all leads and maintain a good relationship with WSOs and other Four Seasons Hotels. Reviews market analysis and determines client needs, occupancy potential, rates desired, etc.
Product
Coordinate an effective sales call plan on accounts in assigned market areas and have a close follow-up promptly with appropriate action to support telephone and personal sales calls. Coordinate with other Department Heads to ensure quality of guest/group satisfaction. Contact customers in-house to promote good will and foster additional business, repeat bookings or referrals to other Four Seasons Hotels. Provide input on the local segment of the marketing plan and budget.
Profit
Negotiate with clients and achieve maximum revenue/profit potential while satisfying client needs. Prepare permanent files for all groups and FIT contacts. Assist the Director of Sales in the reporting and appraising of results against planned objectives; takes appropriate action to maximize sales and affect need periods.
What you bring
Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Business Administration.
A minimum of 5 years of experience in sales manager position.
Excellent verbal communication skills in both Arabic and English Languages.

Self-motivated, dynamic, result-oriented individual and a team player with strong business acumen
An excellent team player who is able to work under pressure and meeting tight deadlines
Good knowledge of Opera is an added advantage
