What You Will Do:

3. Conduct thorough functional, regression, integration, and performance tests to validate both new and current applications.
4. Document and track software defects, actively collaborating with teams to drive effective solutions.
5. Champion QA process improvements to boost testing efficiency and quality.
6. Mentor junior team members, encouraging skill growth and knowledge sharing.
7. Stay on top of the latest tools, trends, and best practices in QA to bring innovation into our testing.

What We Are Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a similar field.
• 5+ years of experience in QA, ideally within the banking or financial sector.
• Hands-on experience with test automation tools (like Selenium, and Appium) and test management platforms (JIRA, TestRail).
• Strong grasp of SDLC and agile methodologies.
• Exceptional analytical skills with an eye for detail.
• Excellent communication skills, adept at bridging technical insights for all audiences.
