As a Senior IT Operations Engineer at Deriv, you’ll maintain critical infrastructure that powers trading for millions of users worldwide. You’ll manage our extensive network of 1,400+ workstations, on-premise servers, and network infrastructure across four continents. Join our team in Jordan to ensure seamless operations while working with cutting-edge technologies.On a given day, you will:Manage and optimise IT operations across 24 global officesConfigure and troubleshoot network equipment and security systemsImplement and maintain MDM, SSO, IAM, and ZTNA solutionsParticipate in DR and security exercisesRotate as a security analyst with our NSOC teamEvaluate and implement new technologiesCollaborate with global teams on infrastructure projectsEnsure business continuity across all platformsYou will enjoy working with us if you:Thrive on solving complex technical challengesLove working with diverse technologiesGet excited about infrastructure optimisationAre passionate about cybersecurityEnjoy working in a fast-paced, global environmentTake pride in maintaining critical systemsWe would love to work with you if you:Have 3+ years of IT operations experienceShow expertise with Google Workspace, Okta, JAMF, JumpCloud, Cato NetworksDemonstrate strong network administration skillsHave experience with Fortigate Firewalls and HP/Aruba equipmentAre skilled in VPN, ZTNA, MDM, MFA technologiesAre an excellent communicator in EnglishBring cloud technology experience (AWS, GCP preferred)Have coding or database experience (preferred)Benefits:We pay competitive salaries based on your skills, qualifications, experience and market rates.
