As an Interior Designer, you will work closely
with our product development and sales teams to create innovative furniture
layouts and interior solutions. You will be responsible for designing
functional and visually appealing interiors for various residential and
commercial spaces, incorporating our furniture collections in line with client
needs and industry trends.
Key Responsibilities:
Design Conceptualization:
Develop interior design concepts for residential, commercial, and hospitality spaces that incorporate the company’s furniture and decor products.
Create mood boards, sketches, and 3D visualisations to present design ideas.
Client Collaboration:
Meet with clients to understand their interior design needs, preferences, and project requirements.
Provide expert advice on colour schemes, materials, layout planning, and furniture selection.
Furniture and Layout Planning:
Plan furniture placement and layouts to maximize space efficiency and functionality.
Customize furniture arrangements based on specific client requests and project constraints.
Product Knowledge:
Stay up-to-date with the company’s standards and advise clients on product specifications, materials, finishes, and care instructions.
Integrate knowledge of furniture and accessories into cohesive interior designs.
Project Management:
Coordinate with project managers, vendors, and installation teams to ensure the successful completion of interior design projects.
Manage timelines, budgets, and deliverables, ensuring quality and client satisfaction.
Trend Awareness:
Keep abreast of the latest design trends, innovations in furniture design, and industry standards to incorporate into client projects.
Sales Support:
Support the sales team by providing design consultations, sample boards, and product displays in the showroom.
Collaborate on showroom setups to create appealing and trend-forward furniture displays.
Technical Drawings:
Create detailed floor plans, elevations, and technical drawings using design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3DMax).

Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design.
Proven experience as an Interior Designer, ideally within the furniture industry.
Strong portfolio showcasing interior design projects with a focus on furniture integration.
Proficiency in design software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3DMax, Adobe Creative Suite).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working with clients and cross-functional teams.
Attention to detail, creativity, and a passion for design.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Knowledge of materials, finishes, and furnishings.
Understanding of space planning, colour theory, and lighting design.
