Careem operates in over 70 cities across 10 countries, from Morocco to Pakistan. We’re looking for a talented, hands-on Senior Creative Lead to join Careem’s in-house agency - The Creative Studio. You’ll lead Brand projects from creative and visual perspectives as part of your job. Also responds to marketing briefs from all Careem vertical services, come up with creative ideas, lead small and large-scale projects, and more importantly be the brand guardian, shaping the Careem brand identity. Brand background is important.
What You'll Do: Create, create, create. You'll be creating from small to large projects. Elevate the Careem brand and ensure consistency in our Brand Guidelines across all channels. Proactively come up with creative ideas, present them, and take ownership in bringing them to life. Collaborate with your creative colleagues on various assigned briefs. Work closely with key stakeholders across the entire org to create visuals that align with the brief objectives & brand guidelines.
What You'll Need:
5 years of experience in branding A portfolio Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, AI Sharp, creative design skills with meticulous attention to detail Proven ability to successfully develop and execute multi-channel layouts A knack for brainstorming- Independent, proactive and critical thinking skills Being able to juggle multiple projects, a significant workload and tight deadlines An effective communicator with the ability to work individually as well as in a team.
