• Co-lead quarterly performance reviews vs. budget and recommend on an action plan when needed.
• Control the accuracy of the monthly financial statements
• Prepare and publish timely monthly financial statements.
• Support month-end and year-end close process.
• Ensure quality control over financial transactions and financial reporting.
• Analyzing financial data and preparing financial reports ex balance sheet, income statement.
• Working closely with Executive Leadership team to deliver reports, analysis findings, potential risk areas.
• Monitor internal control & evaluating risks.
• Participating in budgeting process.

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, or Accounting .
• 5-7 years of overall combined accounting and finance experience.
• Experience with creating financial statements, analyzing, and budgeting
• Able to work under pressure to tight deadlines.
• SAP experience is preferable
• Preferable CPA or CMA holders
