الوصف الوظيفي

  • Coordinate with management and staff to prepare budgets.
  • Resolve account payable and receivable issues or queries.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational guidelines and procedures, and Jordanian regulations.
  • Accurately perform daily reconciliations of cash, check and cash transactions, and tally and file invoices.
  • Comply with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) applied in Jordan for financial statements including IFRS.
  • Handle financial and tax audits, and general ledger preparations.
  • Prepare income and sales tax returns and corporate reporting requirements.
  • Complete end of month close procedures.
  • Prepare, analyze and maintain the company’s yearly budget.
  • Prepare and present accounting reports to track company’s current and financial history in comparison to set and approved budgets.

المهارات

  • Minimum Experience: 3 - 4 years in accounting position
  • Bachelor of Accounting, Finance or relevant degree.
  • Knowledge of finance, accounting, budgeting, and cost control principles.
  • Knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) applied in Jordan for financial statements including IFRS
  • Knowledge of Income and Sales Tax regulations and laws
  • Adept in data analysis, interpretation, and use of modern accounting techniques.
  • Reporting & Data Analysis Skills
  • Microsoft Office advanced level
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel for reporting and analysis
