Roles and Responsibilities
1.Strategic Planning and Leadership
Lead and manage cybersecurity consulting projects and teams.
2. Client Relationship Management
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
• Understand clients’ business needs and tailor cybersecurity solutions accordingly.
• Provide regular updates and reports to clients on project progress and cybersecurity posture.
3. End-to-end project delivery
• Manage projects and ensuring best-in class delivery.
• Manage issues throughout the project and provide client solutions and recommendations.
4. Team Development and Mentoring
• Hire, train, and mentor cybersecurity professionals.
• Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional development.
• Evaluate team performance and provide constructive feedback.
5. Budget and Resource Management
• Allocate resources effectively to meet project and organizational goals.
• Ensure cost-effective delivery of cybersecurity services.
6. Communication and Reporting
• Prepare detailed reports and documentation on cybersecurity activities and outcomes.
• Present findings and recommendations to clients and internal stakeholders.
