Job Opportunity: Sales Representative for US Smoke Shops Market (Jordan-Based)

Are you an energetic, driven professional seeking to join a dynamic sales team? We are expanding to serve the growing smoke shop market in the United States and are looking for talented Sales Representatives to join us in Jordan. This role combines office-based and remote work, offering flexibility within a supportive team environment.


Key Responsibilities:

Proactively engage with potential and existing clients in the US smoke shop industry.


Build and nurture relationships, understanding and addressing clients’ needs and concerns.


Collaborate with the sales team to achieve targets, expand the client base, and drive revenue growth.



RequirementsRequirements:

Previous experience in sales, preferably in retail or wholesale sectors.


Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.


Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team.


Commitment to the specified working hours (US business alignment).


Working Hours:

4:00 PM to 12:00 AM Jordan time, aligning with US business hours


Location:

Jordan (Hybrid: 3 days in-office, 2 days remote)

Compensation Structure:
Base Salary: Starting at 500 JOD per month, with performance-based increments:

- 700 JOD if retail sales reach $50,000 per month, with a 1.5% commission.

- 1000 JOD if retail sales reach $100,000 per month, with a 1.5% commission.

Commission:

- 1% of retail sales and 0.5% from distribution sales.

- Commission increases to 1.5% upon reaching higher sales thresholds.

Sales Targets:
First Month: Training period with no sales target.
Second Month: Minimum target of $15,000 in sales (required to continue in the role).
Third Month: Minimum target of $30,000 in sales (required to continue in the role).
Ongoing: Monthly sales expectations between $30,000 and $50,000 after the third month
