Description
Frandsen Bank & Trust is seeking a Real Estate Specialist to serve our south metro area banks – Apple Valley, Lakeville, Dundas, Jordan, Lonsdale, and Montgomery.
Job Duties:
Perform physical on-site inspection of real-estate; heavy daytime travel required Prepare in-house Estimates of Value (EOVs), progress inspections, condition reports, and additional duties Verify third-party appraised values and recommend and substantiate values Work with established and proven procedures and other qualified and experienced team members

Education and Experience:
Minimum experience of 5 years in the real estate sales business or related real estate fields (development, appraisals, construction, etc.) Real Estate Salesperson or Broker license required; Appraisal license preferred 2-year college degree preferred
