About the job Quality Assurance Specialist

We are seeking a Quality Assurance Specialist to ensure the accuracy, functionality, and reliability of our software systems. This role requires a keen eye for detail, strong problem-solving skills, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to uphold high-quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:

Conduct functional, integration, and system testing across various software applications.
Identify, document, and track bugs or system issues using QA tools.
Validate and test integrations with external platforms to ensure seamless functionality.
Review system configurations to confirm they meet defined requirements and standards.
Collaborate with developers and other teams to resolve identified issues promptly.
Create and maintain QA documentation, including test cases, scripts, and test reports.
Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
0-2 years of experience in software testing or quality assurance (fresh graduates with relevant skills are welcome to apply).
Basic knowledge of QA methodologies, testing processes, and tools (e.g., Jira, or similar).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication skills to report findings and collaborate effectively.
Preferred (but not required):
Familiarity with tools like Postman, Selenium, or similar.
Basic understanding of API testing or SQL queries.
Interest in automation and improving testing processes.
