As a Quality Analyst at Aspire, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the excellence and user satisfaction of our digital products by collaborating closely with cross-functional teams. Your responsibilities will include defining user tasks, developing comprehensive experience plans, and creating interactive prototypes. You will utilize UX principles, data-driven design strategies, and user research to deliver innovative, high-quality solutions that prioritize the needs of our users and enhance the overall product experience. What you’ll do
Design and execute manual test cases for web and mobile applications
Collaborate with product managers and developers to ensure high-quality releases
Perform exploratory, regression, smoke, and system testing
Validate authentication workflows including login, SSO, MFA, user provisioning, etc.
Log clear and reproducible bugs in the defect tracking system
Participate in daily stand-ups, planning meetings, and team retrospectives
Assist in maintaining test documentation and test data
What you’ll need
Experience with authentication systems and identity & access management (IAM)
Hands-on experience with ForgeRock (e.g.,
AM, IDM, DS)
2+ years of experience in manual software testing
Strong understanding of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes
Ability to think critically and identify edge cases
Experience testing APIs, UI, and workflows
Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
Awareness or knowledge of IT security best practices as defined by ISO / SOC or similar
