As a Quality Analyst at Aspire, you will ensure the quality and user experience of our digital products by working with cross-functional teams. You will define user tasks, create experience plans, and develop interactive prototypes, leveraging UX methodologies, data-driven design, and user research to deliver high-quality, user-centric solutions.
What you’ll do
Study project requirements and reformulate the needs into actionable designs. Apply UX methodological tools and ensure adherence to standards during development and design. Define interaction models, user task flows, and UI specifications. Communicate designs, interaction models, and screen flows to stakeholders. Collaborate with UX Managers, Product Owners, and visual designers to integrate the visual identity into the product features. Develop and maintain design wireframes, mockups, and specifications. Conduct user research through interviews, field observations, and tests, and analyze the data to improve design solutions. Create information architecture, user paths, and flow diagrams to describe interaction principles. Prototype and support the development of wireframes and functional models, improving designs based on user testing feedback. Facilitate workshops and co-creation sessions to promote a design-first culture, and challenge teams based on agile methodologies. Conduct training sessions and raise awareness of UX processes, methods, and best practices. Stay updated on industry trends and new UX tools, and monitor the effectiveness of design practices. What you’ll need
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Visual Communications, Design, or a related field. 2+ years of experience in UX design, preferably in an agency, startup, or with an advertiser. Strong portfolio showcasing previous work and UX expertise. Experience with Design Thinking, Design Sprints, and leading UX projects. Expertise in creating experience vision briefs, customer personas, application maps, and user engagement solutions. Hands-on experience in use case development, mock-ups, and interactive prototypes. Strong understanding of data-driven design and analytics. Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Axure, Invision, Balsamiq, and research tools. Excellent knowledge of UX principles, UCD process, and the ability to work effectively in teams. Capability to communicate ideas through drawings and storytelling. Strong command of English and the ability to work under pressure in an entrepreneurial environment. Awareness or knowledge of IT security best practices as defined by ISO / SOC or similar
