A huge leading industrial company based in the south of Jordan is seeking to recruit a Projects Superintendent - Civil Engineer:
Responsibilities:
Review the civil works design, and manage the civil design, develop, create, and maintain small-scale through to large-scale construction projects in a safe, timely and sustainable manner.
Coordinate and participate with the technical committees in the review of the civil Specification and Drawings to ensure timely completion.
Control the quality of the Designer's deliverables.
Control the execution of the project during the construction phase.
Assess potential risks, materials, and costs.
Provide advice and resolve creatively any emerging problems/deficiencies with due coordination with the Projects and Expansions teams.
Oversee and mentor staff and liaise with a variety of stakeholders.
Monitor progress and compile reports in project status.

Civil Engineering Qualification is required (higher degree is plus).
Experience in industrial projects for minimum 10 years and total of 15 years.
Professional in using Codes, Standards (certificates in plus).
MSc of MBA is preferred.
Excellent in English language (reading, writing and speaking).
