Plan, execute, and manage end-to-end delivery of medical projects, including clinical initiatives, infrastructure upgrades, IT systems implementation, and medical equipment roll-outs.
Develop project scopes, objectives, timelines, budgets, and resource plans in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Monitor and track project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques.
Monitor and control project cost.
Identify and mitigate risks and issues throughout the project lifecycle.
Ensure all projects comply with healthcare regulations, including local laws, data privacy, and safety standards.
Communicate effectively with stakeholders, regularly updating progress, challenges, and changes.
Coordinate with clinical staff, administration, vendors, and external partners.
Prepare reports, documentation, and presentations for executive leadership.
Conduct post-project reviews and implement lessons learned to improve future projects.

Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering,
Project Management Professional (PMP) or similar certification, is preferable.
Minimum 3–5 years of project management experience in a medical or healthcare environment.
Strong understanding of Clinical workflows, medical technology, or healthcare regulations.
Excellent organizational, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
