  • What you’ll do:
  • PMO & Project Governance:
  • Maintain and enhance project management frameworks, templates, and reporting structures.
  • Ensure that all projects follow standardized processes and methodologies.
  • Support project documentation, ensuring that all records are well-organized and accessible.
  • Project Tracking & Reporting:
  • Compile and distribute weekly project status reports.
  • Maintain a historical archive.
  • Ensure updates on active projects.
  • Governance & Compliance:
  • Oversee governance-related documentation, including signed contracts, agreements, and processes.
  • Handle budgeting and billing-related responsibilities for vendors and service providers.
  • Maintain BTO contracts, including tracking renewals, payments, and budgeting.
  • Ensure smooth coordination with Oracle Support for agreement renewals.
  • Monitor compliance with procurement and governance processes.
  • Process & Documentation Management:
  • Keep governance-related process documents up to date (e.g., purchase and agreement process, device repair process).
  • Organize and update all templates related to governance and business technology.
  • Work closely with finance and procurement teams to track and manage payments, captured savings, and purchase logs.
  • What you’ll need :
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Project Management, IT, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in project management, governance, or PMO functions.
  • Strong proficiency in project management tools (MS Project).
  • Excellent organizational and documentation skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Strong analytical skills contract management.
  • Ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams and manage multiple stakeholders.
  • Excellent in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio) for reporting and documentation.
  • PMP Credential is a plus.
