Senior Performance Marketing Executive

Job Description
On a given day, you will: Develop and execute comprehensive performance marketing strategies tailored for key Arabic-speaking markets
Manage end-to-end campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok, and regional channels
Drive performance through sophisticated campaign optimisation, A/B testing, and conversion rate optimisation
Analyse key performance metrics (ROAS, CPA, CLV, engagement rates) to improve campaign effectiveness continuously
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure campaign alignment with product, design, and content strategies
Present performance reports and strategic recommendations to stakeholders

We would love to work with you if you:
Have 4-8 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing, ideally in fintech or financial services
Possess native fluency in Arabic (spoken and written) with a strong command of English
Demonstrate expertise in managing and optimising large-scale paid media campaigns
Show strong proficiency in campaign management platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, etc.)
Have an in-depth understanding of MENA markets, including audience preferences, local platforms, and cultural nuances
Bring a strategic mindset combined with excellent execution skills
Have experience in scaling user acquisition in MENA markets
