Outlet Cashier - About the role responsibilities.

As an Outlet Cashier, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our hotel's outlets. You will be responsible for handling cash transactions, reconciling daily sales, and providing exceptional customer service.

A little taste of your day-to-day

Every day is different, but you’ll mostly be:

• Accurately process cash, credit, and debit card transactions.
• Reconcile daily sales and ensure the accuracy of financial records.
• Provide excellent customer service and address guest inquiries promptly.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Ensure adherence to all cash handling procedures and security protocols.
• Assist with inventory management and stock control.

What we need from you

• Proven experience as a cashier or in a similar role.
• Strong mathematical skills and accuracy in handling cash.
• Excellent customer service skills and a positive attitude.
• Ability to work efficiently and accurately under pressure.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with POS systems.
• Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
