Are you ready to lead and inspire a dynamic team in the heart of Jordan’s air logistics sector?


Your Role As the National Air Logistics Customer Care Manager, you will oversee and enhance air freight operations to ensure seamless and efficient service. You will manage and nurture relationships with key carriers to drive growth and reliability. Implementing strategic plans to boost market share and business development will be a key part of your role. Additionally, you will ensure the highest standards of operational management for profitable and effective logistics services. Your Responsibilities
  • Provide team leadership by guiding and developing the Air Logistics teams in Jordan, fostering collaboration and aligning efforts with company goals.
  • Ensure operational excellence by overseeing air freight operations, ensuring regulatory compliance, cost efficiency, and high service standards.
  • Formulate and execute strategies to increase market share, exploring new business opportunities and analyzing market trends.
  • Build and manage strong relationships with airlines and carriers, negotiating contracts and optimizing services.
  • Manage customer pipelines, convert leads into business, and create customized logistics solutions.
  • Monitor key performance indicators, report on operational and market metrics, and implement improvements.
  • Ensure adherence to industry regulations and manage operational risks effectively.
Your Skills and Experiences
  • Proven experience in leading and mentoring a team of freight forwarding specialists
  • Demonstrated skills in strategic market development, operational optimisation and carrier relationship management
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English and Arabic
  • Possess a valid driver's license, and willing to travel on the road to meet with customers on a regular basis
