Key Job Responsibilities
• Work with a range of text, speech and other types of data.
• Deliver high-quality labelled data, using guidelines provided to meet our KPIs, and using in-house tools and software.
• Report issues with tools and software as and when they occur.
• Show Ownership and initiative when providing feedback for improvements to existing tooling that can increase the amount and quality of the data we process - we believe every ground-breaking change starts with a small idea!
• Maintain strict confidentiality and follow all applicable Amazon policies for securing confidential information.
Required Qualifications:
• Education qualification (High School or equivalent diploma
• C1+ or equivalent fluency in German language
• Basic writing skills with ability to compose clear emails and simple business documents
• Good reading comprehension and active listening abilities
• Basic problem-solving and analytical thinking skills
• Ability to follow multi-step instructions accurately
• Basic research capabilities using common search tools
• Detail-oriented with good organizational skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Professional communication manner when interacting with others
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel basics, PowerPoint)
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience with basic data entry and documentation
• Familiarity with common business software
• 2+ years of previous internship or relevant work experience
• Basic understanding of business operations
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office products and applications
- • Speak, write, and read fluently in German
- • Comfortable working with speech from various dialects and accents of one or more of the following regional languages: German
