Merchandising Supervisor


What this role is about?


As a Merchandising Supervisor you will be responsible for managing merchandising opportunities, leading investment plans, overseeing promotional and branding materials, and ensuring brand visibility at POS. Additionally, the role will involve supporting the Horeca channel, managing display units, assessing vendors, and developing planograms based on business needs.


What will you do?


  • Identify merchandising opportunities in collaboration with the Sales Team and GIP
  • Lead and monitor the investment plan in trade channels
  • Manage merchandising material allocation and maintenance across regions
  • Oversee budgeting, training, and reporting with the external maintenance team
  • Coordinate with Brand Managers and the Sales Team for product selection
  • Ensure timely procurement and distribution of promotional and branding materials
  • Enhance brand visibility and support new product launches
  • Measure and optimize display unit efficiency
  • Assess and manage POSM vendors and display production companies
  • Develop and implement planograms tailored to consumer insights and business needs

What are we looking for?


  • Proven experience in merchandising, retail operations, or related fields
  • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills
  • Experience managing budgets, resources, and vendor relationships effectively
  • Excellent (Arabic/ English ) speaking and writing
