Job Summary:
The Master Trainer(s) will be responsible for developing, delivering, and cascading training programs to equip NFE facilitators and PYE’s Safe Space network with advanced knowledge and skills. The Master Trainer(s) will lead capacity-building efforts focusing on methodologies such as active learning, SEL, and Reciprocal Learning for Change (RLC). This role involves creating training content, conducting workshops, mentoring facilitators and peer assistant facilitators, monitoring the delivery of non-formal education sessions for youth in grades 7-12 (focusing on Math and Science), and providing technical support to enhance learning outcomes and participant engagement.

Qualifications:
⦁ Bachelor’s degree in education, Social Sciences, or a related field (master’s degree preferred).
⦁ Proven experience in training educators and implementing specific methodologies in educational settings.
⦁ Strong knowledge of curriculum development, mentoring facilitators, and capacity-building techniques.
⦁ Excellent facilitation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
⦁ Proficiency in monitoring and evaluation practices.
⦁ Ability to adapt content and delivery to diverse cultural and educational contexts.
⦁ Strong organizational and time-management skills.
⦁ Proficiency in Arabic and English, both written and spoken.
⦁ Permit to work and live in East Jerusalem and/or the West Bank.
Preferred Skills:
