Job Brief:

The Marketing Manager is responsible for leading the marketing team, overseeing UWallet’s marketing activities, and aligning them with commercial objectives and OKRs. This role manages relationships with social media agencies and PR companies, ensuring effective execution of campaigns and communication strategies. The Marketing Manager will also oversee all customer communication channels, including social media, SMS, and in-app notifications, ensuring consistency and engagement. Measuring the outcomes of marketing initiatives is a key focus to support data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement.


Responsibilities

Leadership and Team Management


• Lead and mentor the marketing team, fostering a collaborative and performance-oriented environment.


• Set clear objectives, KPIs, and timelines for all team activities, ensuring alignment with company goals.


• Conduct regular team evaluations and provide feedback to enhance performance and productivity.


Strategic Planning and Execution


• Develop and implement UWallet’s marketing strategy in alignment with business objectives and OKRs.


• Establish and track measurable goals for all marketing initiatives, including customer acquisition, retention, and engagement campaigns.


• Drive key marketing projects to ensure timely and successful delivery within budget.


Agency and Partner Management


• Manage relationships with social media agencies and PR companies, ensuring alignment with UWallet’s goals and brand guidelines.


• Oversee the development and execution of social media and PR campaigns, measuring their effectiveness and impact on brand sentiment and customer engagement.


Customer Communication


• Supervise all customer communication through digital channels, including social media, SMS, and in-app notifications.


• Ensure consistent and clear messaging across all platforms, maintaining UWallet’s tone of voice and brand identity.


• Monitor customer sentiment and feedback on social media, addressing concerns and opportunities promptly.


Performance Measurement and Reporting


• Analyze the outcomes of key marketing campaigns and communication initiatives, providing detailed performance reports to senior management.


• Identify insights and recommendations for optimizing future campaigns and communication strategies.


Brand and Market Awareness


• Ensure consistency in UWallet’s brand identity across all customer-facing communications.


• Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and emerging communication tools to maintain a competitive edge.


Other Responsibilities


•        Collaborate with internal teams, such as product and sales, to align marketing efforts with overall business goals.


•        Align with commercial team to achieve commercial objectives


·       Perform any other duties assigned by management within the scope of the role.
