Job Brief:

As a Market Intelligence Associate, you will play a key role in Jeeny’s quantitative and qualitative research. Your responsibilities include assisting in research design, survey design, moderating focus groups, data clean up, data entry, and analysis. This role requires a curious individual with a strong attention to detail.


Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the design and execution of both qualitative and quantitative research projects.
• Develop and design surveys to gather meaningful customer and market insights.
• Moderate focus groups and facilitate discussions to extract valuable qualitative data.
• Clean, enter, and organize data for analysis.
• Analyze and interpret data, providing actionable insights to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Operations, Product, Finance, etc) to understand research needs and deliver relevant results.
• Collaborate with third-party research firms for necessary data collection.
• Prepare and present reports and findings in a clear, concise manner.
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and research methodologies.
