Responsibilities:
• Supervise and lead the site QMS (Quality Management System) of the JBC site to ensure continuing compliance with site policies, procedures and ISO standards. At the level of manufacturing operational processes and the affiliated operational and technical departments.
• Supervise IMS internal audits cycle including reporting audit findings and developing corrective & correction action plans aligned with process owners and follow up to closure.
• Supervise IMS data collecting & analysing to set and conduct proactive solutions.
• Review reported malfunctions and follow up with production executives to ensure immediate action.
• Review audit reports that provide clear and concise information on audit results.
• Ensure compliance with policies & procedures, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 standard requirements.
• Supervise all activities related to updating & integrating the development and implementation of new/additional/updated standards e.g., ISO 45001:2018 (Occupational Health & Safety)
In collaboration with the Total Quality Management department as required.
• Perform any relevant job required by the line manager.
• Manage and drive investigations and corrective actions related to the customer experience, including customer complaints, product quality metrics, and continuous improvement in these areas.

• Evaluate process capabilities using statistical analyses. Collaborate with the CIT team to drive continuous improvement.
• Manage Laboratory functions and activities to ensure JBC product is according to the required specifications.
• Develop and establish the strategies and goals for Laboratory functions providing effective planning and control so that business plan targets are met.
• Manage and maintain Laboratory Policies and procedures to assure safe operation.
• Manage training within lab to assure suitable training is provided for lab employees according to their responsibilities so all activities within lab are performed safely and correctly.
• Participate in maintaining laboratory staff by recruiting, selecting as being part of the selection committee in addition to manage orienting, and training of new employees.
• Motivate and develop reporting staff ensuring that objectives are established and communicated; individual performance is supported, monitored and reviewed, to ensure manpower plans are met.
• Practice authorities according to the Delegation of Authorities (DoA) matrix to Ensure correct utilization of assigned duties. And according to the authority matrix with the TQM department.
• Set up, update, and supervising analytical chemical methods and procedures.
• Approval on any new or change on finished products specification.

Educational Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry and/or Chemical Engineering or other relevant field, or equivalent experience
Work Experience:
- 18+ years of experience
- 5+ years experience in a chemical manufacturing environment
- 3+ years demonstrated leadership in development, implementation and/or execution of QMS
- Trained ISO auditor; minimum 2+ years auditing experience. Lead Auditor training preferred
- A recognized professional certificate in quality management such as: Certified Manager of Quality/Organizational Excellence (CMQ/OE), Certified Quality Manager (CQM), ISO 9001 Lead Auditor certification. These are considered an additional advantage.
