Lean Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Adapt & Implements LEAN tools & programs to fit the local organization.

• Prepare for and lead the LEAN audits & corporate reviews.

• Follow the LEAN roadmap, and carry out periodic follow up meetings to ensure results are delivered.

• Delivers LEAN / CI projects having significant positive impact on operating results (P&L).

• Lead the periodically production KPI’s meetings (daily, weekly, monthly) and actions plans (LPMS2, LPMS3 & Monthly OEE meeting).

Additional Responsibilities:

• Review & update SWI (standard work instructions) and PPS (Product Process Specifications); and ensure lines are running accordingly, solve & report any deviations.

• Ensure 5S program and factory visualization are implemented and sustained.

• Involve & train other colleagues on LEAN tools & projects.

• Actively support the culture of “safe workplace”.

• Corporate LEAN function.

Matrix Manager: Plan Director

Professional Experience and Education:

• Bachelor's Degree in related engineering field (Preferable industrial engineering).
• 2 to 3 years’ experience in similar role.
• GB (Green Belt) certificate is a plus.
• English (Moderate

Specific Knowledge:

• Strong LEAN tools & programs knowledge (problem solving, TCD, 5S, LPMS, Kanabn...).
• Strong knowledge in production processes.
• Finance analysis & calculation.
