Lead Qualification Specialist

We are actively seeking a detail-oriented and results-driven Lead Qualification Specialist to ensure high-quality leads are passed on to our sales team.

• Contact and address all assigned marketing leads promptly and efficiently.
• Ensure consistent communication with all marketing leads across different channels.
• Evaluate and score inbound leads based on predefined criteria.
• Manage and update lead data in the CRM system (HubSpot).
• Lead Nurturing: Follow up with leads who are not yet ready to buy ensuring they stay engaged with the company.
• Work closely with sales and marketing teams to improve qualification processes.
• Follow up with leads to gather any missing information or clarify their needs.
• Analyze lead conversion rates, and meeting bookings, and provide feedback for optimizing marketing campaigns.
• Document lead qualification processes and best practices.
  
  

• Proven experience in lead qualification, sales operations, or a similar role.
• Proficiency in CRM tools, preferably HubSpot.
• Excellent communication skills in both English and Arabic.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• A results-driven mindset and passion for supporting sales growth.
