Summary of Duties and Responsibilities:
An experienced network engineer is required to maintain the BIOS (a ZainTech company) cloud infrastructure which is distributed across multiple data centres in the Middle East. This is a hands-on role in a multi-tenant environment with access to firewall platforms. The engineer must be customer orientated with a strong technical background in networking.
The role will provide a great learning experience as you will become familiar with the different networking technologies across the estate.

Key Responsibilities:
· troubleshoot, diagnose and solve customer issues.
· working in a shift pattern on the network support roster.
· implement change requests for managed service customers, providing 2nd & 3rd level troubleshooting support.
· point of technical escalation.
· effective and prompt communications with clients and internal staff/management.
· provide input to constantly improve our products and services to add value for our customers and shareholders.
· document precise and detailed diagnostic information for every assigned customer support ticket.
