JOB PURPOSE


The Junior Stock Management Services Administrator at Azadea's Business Services is responsible for conducting transactional stock management activities to provide an effective and efficient end-to-end service to the group.



RESPONSIBILITIES


  • Receive, process and fulfill requests to ensure their timely and accurate processing in alignment with established business needs.
  • Uphold a high level of customer service, ensuring internal customers' satisfaction by adhering to internal SLAs and promptly addressing requests.
  • Review and validate all stock management transactions, providing necessary assistance and tracking pending transactions to maintain current stock levels.
  • Execute transactions following specified protocols to ensure accurate and punctual recording, addressing any discrepancies by liaising with relevant parties for resolution.

LANGUAGE & TECHNICAL SKILLS


Language Proficiency


  • Fluency in English.
  • Fluency in French is a plus.

Technical Skills


  • Proficiency in MS Office.

EDUCATION


Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, or a relevant field.


A concentration in Finance, or Accounting is a plus.



EXPERIENCE


Zero to one years of experience in Inventory, LP or a similar role.
