Description: Key Responsibilities:
System Administration & Maintenance
Manage and maintain all servers, network equipment, and computing devices within the facility.
Monitor and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues, ensuring minimal downtime for manufacturing operations.
Regularly update and patch systems to ensure they are secure and functioning efficiently.
Network & Infrastructure Management
Configure, maintain, and monitor network infrastructure, including LAN, WAN, firewalls, and routers.
Ensure secure connectivity and integration of all industrial equipment with IT systems to support Industry 4.0 initiatives.
Conduct regular backups and disaster recovery planning, testing, and implementation.
Cybersecurity & Compliance
Implement security protocols to protect systems and sensitive data from cyber threats.
Conduct regular security audits, vulnerability assessments, and risk analyses in line with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
Collaborate with the cybersecurity team to respond to incidents and implement measures for threat prevention.
Responsible for handling the Network Cybersecurity operations and responding to related security incidents according to the followed procedures.
User Support & Training
Provide technical support and training to users on system functionalities and cybersecurity best practices.
Manage and resolve user requests and incidents through a ticketing system, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
System Optimization & Documentation
Analyze system performance and recommend upgrades to optimize efficiency and scalability.
Maintain accurate records of system configurations, change logs, and asset management.
Participate in technology assessments and support the deployment of new systems or upgrades.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA Server+, Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator) are a plus.
Experience: 5-7 years in IT system administration, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in Windows Server, virtualization, Office 365 cloud, Hyper-V, and .
