  • Description: Key Responsibilities: ●Networking Infrastructure:
    • Design, implement, and maintain the organization's network infrastructure, including LANs, WANs, and wireless networks.
    • Ensure network security and performance through regular monitoring and troubleshooting.
    • Manage network access controls and implement security best practices.
    • Cloud Technology:
      • Evaluate and implement cloud-based solutions to optimise IT operations and reduce costs.
      • Migrate existing systems to cloud environments as needed.
      • Manage cloud-based resources and ensure compliance with security standards.
    • Outsourcing Management:
      • Develop and manage outsourcing relationships with external IT service providers.
      • Negotiate contracts and service level agreements (SLAs) to ensure optimal cost-effectiveness and quality of service.
      • Oversee the performance and delivery of outsourced services.
    • IT Strategy:
      • Develop and implement IT strategies that support the organization's business goals.
      • Conduct IT assessments and identify areas for improvement.
      • Constantly looking to improve and adopt new technology where relevant.
      • Plan and manage IT budgets.
    • Team Management:
      • Lead and manage a small team of IT professionals.
      • Recruit, train, and develop IT staff.
      • Provide technical guidance and support to team members.
    • Vendor Management:
      • Manage relationships with IT vendors and suppliers.
      • Negotiate contracts and ensure compliance with vendor agreements.
