Years of Experience 8+ years of experience in IT management or a similar role.
Qualification: BA in computer science, computer engineering or relevant field
Salary: 2000JD - 2500JD
Description: Key Responsibilities: ●Networking Infrastructure:
- Design, implement, and maintain the organization's network infrastructure, including LANs, WANs, and wireless networks.
- Ensure network security and performance through regular monitoring and troubleshooting.
- Manage network access controls and implement security best practices.
- Cloud Technology:
  - Evaluate and implement cloud-based solutions to optimise IT operations and reduce costs.
  - Migrate existing systems to cloud environments as needed.
  - Manage cloud-based resources and ensure compliance with security standards.
- Outsourcing Management:
  - Develop and manage outsourcing relationships with external IT service providers.
  - Negotiate contracts and service level agreements (SLAs) to ensure optimal cost-effectiveness and quality of service.
  - Oversee the performance and delivery of outsourced services.
- IT Strategy:
  - Develop and implement IT strategies that support the organization's business goals.
  - Conduct IT assessments and identify areas for improvement.
  - Constantly looking to improve and adopt new technology where relevant.
  - Plan and manage IT budgets.
- Team Management:
  - Lead and manage a small team of IT professionals.
  - Recruit, train, and develop IT staff.
  - Provide technical guidance and support to team members.
- Vendor Management:
  - Manage relationships with IT vendors and suppliers.
  - Negotiate contracts and ensure compliance with vendor agreements.
