Responsibilities:
• Install, configure, and calibrate various types of precision equipment, including sensors, meters, and control systems, to ensure accurate measurements and proper functioning.
• Execute preventive and predictive maintenance programs for precision equipment to improve reliability and reduce unexpected failures.
• Receive corrective maintenance orders from the direct supervisor, analyze causes, and perform corrective maintenance according to the instructions of technical engineers.
• Detect and repair faults in precision equipment and measuring instruments to minimize downtime and maintain operational efficiency.
• Conduct diagnostic tests and inspections on various types of precision equipment to identify and resolve issues.
• Monitor the performance of precision equipment, collect readings and information regarding its performance as per engineers' instructions.
• Assist in designing, upgrading, and modifying electrical systems and precision equipment to improve the efficiency and reliability of the plant.
• Document all preventive and corrective maintenance activities and complete the related records in accordance with required procedures and provide them to the direct supervisor.
• Monitor spare parts inventory for precision equipment.
• Collect consumed and replaced parts, register them, and send them to the scrap area to be handled according to operating regulations and policies.
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness by cleaning maintenance tools, equipment, and work areas.
• Follow all health and safety guidelines and standards during work.
• Report any issues or hazards to the direct supervisor and provide necessary technical support.
• Be prepared to handle emergency situations related to electrical systems and equipment.
Educational Qualifications:
• Diploma in Electrical Engineering or Mechatronics.
Work Experience
• 1-3 years of experience in precision equipment maintenance.
Required Knowledge:
• Technical knowledge of electrical maintenance systems, methods, and safety procedures.
• Familiarity with specialized tools and equipment for maintenance and installation.
Skills and Competencies:
• Ability to read and understand engineering drawings and schematics.
