About the Role. 


The position involves overseeing all telecommunications services at an Holiday Inn -branded Resort, ensuring the highest level of guest satisfaction and seamless communication.


What's the Job?


  • Handle incoming/outgoing calls, guest requests, wake-up calls, international calls, and directory queries, ensuring prompt and accurate service.         
  • Liaise with various hotel departments to fulfill guest needs, follow up on requests, and ensure smooth operations.
  • Manage business center facilities, billing for telecommunication services, and maintain up-to-date local telephone listings and hotel information.
  • Adhere to IHG’s high-quality service standards, emergency protocols, and guest privacy policies while promoting the company’s Winning Ways culture.

Role Requirement.


  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for handling guest interactions.
  • Proficiency in using telecommunication systems and basic office equipment.
  • Attention to detail for accurate billing, record-keeping, and guest preference tracking.
  • Previous experience in a customer service or telecommunications role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
  • Familiarity with hotel operations and guest service standards is an advantage.
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken) is essential.
  • Team player mindset to collaborate with other departments and uphold IHG’s Winning Ways culture.
