We are seeking a passionate and detail-oriented and creative Human Resources Supervisor to join our team at Holiday Inn Resort Dead Sea. In this role, a pivotal position in the HR department, acting as the second-in-command and a champion for colleague engagement activities. you will play a key role in attracting, recruiting, and retaining top talent, promote the desired work culture around our Winning Ways; Do the right thing, Show we care, Aim higher, Celebrate difference and Work better together.

Key Responsibilities:

• Championing and enhance colleagues' engagement activities, fostering a positive and vibrant work culture aligned with our Winning Ways.
• Coordinate the hiring process, including resume screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws.
• Provide support and guidance to employees on benefits, compensation, and policies.
• Handle and Oversee HR system transaction, changes, Time attendance, and other HRIS.
• Ensure smooth execution of HR functions, including time attendance, activities, Initiatives, colleagues' facilities, and heart of house update.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field (preferred).
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR administration.
• Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
• Creative mindset with the ability to lead initiatives and engage colleagues effectively via social media platforms.
• Experience with HR software (e.g., payroll, applicant tracking system) Bayan system is a plus.
