Description:
Implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
Monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the organization including the department KPIs.
Manage the recruitment and selection process.
Promote and ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
Ensures effective and appropriate policies and procedures are followed (benefits and compensations, processing of personnel actions, evaluation processes, new hires, transfers, promotions, and termination) to be timely, accurate, legal, and meeting organizational objectives.
Evaluate the effectiveness of training sessions and programs to determine whether changes must be made to ensure appropriate skills development.
Maintain the employees’ stability and recruitment quality by analyzing resignations based on department, positions, and reasons with results & recommendations.
Provide input and information on the requirements and development of HR SOPs and ensure their effectiveness.
