Description: Key Responsibilities:
HR Strategy Development:Collaborate with HR Manager to develop and implement HR strategies that align with the company’s goals and objectives.
Recruitment: Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job advertisements, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks.
Employee Relations:Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries, concerns, and grievances. Facilitate conflict resolution and promote a positive work environment.
Performance Management:Implement performance management systems that support employee development and align with organizational goals
Training and Development:Identify training needs and develop programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge. Support career development initiatives within the organization.
Compensation and Benefits: Assist in the design and administration of compensation structures and benefits programs. Conduct market research to ensure competitiveness in compensation practices.
Compliance: Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of changes in employment legislation.
Project Support: Provide support for HR projects and initiatives as assigned by the HR Manager.
Qualifications:Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Professional HR certification (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP) is preferred.
Skills:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proven experience as an HRMS, specifically with ZenHR.
Proficiency with MS Office software required (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
Excellent oral and written English and Arabic skills are required.
Experience:
A minimum of 5-7 years of progressive experience in human resources roles.
Proven experience in talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, and training/development.
