Description: Responsibilities: -Project Support & Monitoring: -Assist Project Managers in achieving project goals on time, within cost, and with quality standards. -Monitor and analyze project performance to identify risks and opportunities for improvement. -Project Planning & Execution: -Develop and maintain project schedules in coordination with Project Directors and PMC. -Create and maintain project budgets, analyze cost and schedule performance, and propose corrective actions. -Cost Control & Reporting: -Maintain historical cost records and develop cost estimates for ongoing and future projects. -Conduct cost projections to identify deviations and solutions. -Manage procurement activities, including compliance with budgets and efficient resource allocation. -Coordination & Leadership: -Facilitate knowledge exchange between project teams, and promote effective planning and cost awareness. -Lead and establish project control policies, KPIs, and reporting requirements. -Conduct regular performance evaluations of project teams and provide support for manpower planning. - Compliance & Communication: - Oversee contract compliance and financial reporting. - Coordinate internally with various departments and externally with clients, contractors, and public/private institutions to facilitate project workflow. Qualifications: -Education: -Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering; Master’s or relevant certifications preferred. -Project Management Professional (PMP) certification. -Experience: -At least 10 years in a related field, with 5 years in a supervisory role. -Experience in EPC contracts and practice with FIDIC contracts. -Language: -Proficiency in written and spoken Arabic and English. -Training: -Advanced training in Project Management software (Primavera, Microsoft Project). -Courses in Decision Making, FIDIC, Financial Management, Contracts Management, and Planning & Organizing.
