The Role:


The Creative Team Operations Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining the necessary processes that support the ongoing success of our Creative team in MENA. This role will work closely with the Creative Director and team leads to manage the creative workflow, ensure the smooth delivery of high-quality work, and enhance the overall operational efficiency of the team. The position is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, enjoys collaborating with cross-functional teams, and is motivated by delivering innovative and impactful creative solutions. The candidate should be detail-oriented, adaptable, and have a passion for the creative industry, with the ability to navigate complex projects.


Primary Responsibilities:


  • Support the daily operations of the Creative team and its various projects in MENA
  • Manage project trackers, including creative deliverables, timelines, and resource allocation, coordinating with the creative team and reporting updates to key stakeholders
  • Contribute to the development of standardized processes for creative project management, including budgeting, timelines, and resource planning
  • Collaborate with creative leads to track and manage the creative pipeline, ensuring timely delivery of creative assets
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure appropriate staffing for projects and maintain a clear understanding of team availability and workload
  • Support the planning and facilitation of regular team meetings, including creative review sessions and project status updates
  • Develop and maintain shared resources for the creative team, including templates, asset libraries, and training materials
  • Manage the creative team’s budget, oversee invoicing processes, and coordinate with vendors and external partners as needed
  • Contribute to the development of annual strategies, forecasts, and resource planning for the Creative team
  • Assist the Creative Director and senior leadership in developing communications and strategy updates for the broader organization

Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field
  • 5-8 years of professional experience in operational support for creative teams, project management, or related roles
  • Experience working in creative agencies, media, or consulting environments is a plus
  • Strong experience in managing creative workflows, including project timelines, resource allocation, and budgets
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with creative teams, senior leaders, and external partners
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized, with a passion for developing and improving operational systems and processes
  • Experience with budgeting and managing creative team resources, including freelancers and vendors
  • A proactive problem-solver with the ability to identify gaps and create solutions to improve operational efficiency
  • A passion for creativity, design, and innovation, with a deep understanding of the creative industry and trends
  • Fluency in English is required, with Arabic being a plus
