Job Scope:
Under the guidance of the Chief Engineer performs all duties as describes in his job description.
Ensure the highest standard of Customer care and service at all time.

Key Relationships:
Reports to Hotel Manager & Chief Engineer.
Provides Supervision and direction to Engineering Personnel.
Coordinate with all other departments.
Coordinate and supervises contractors.
Key Responsibilities:
Responsible for the implantation of life safety and fire prevention programs as per IHG policies, standard and procedures.
Responsible for the implementation of effective preventive maintenance as per IHG standard.
Assure implantation of POMEC programs and procedures.
Assure proper appearance and housekeeping of all boiler equipment rooms.
Attend engineering departmental meetings.
Assure compliance with the loss prevention evaluation system.
To implement IHG policies, Standards and procedures as listed in the IHG loss prevention manual.
Responsible for the prevention of the hotel facilities, buildings and plant rooms.
Assure proper operation of main FAP, repeaters and fire alarm accessories.
Customer Service:
Demonstrate service attributes in accordance with industry expectations and company standards including:
Being attentive to Guests.
Accurately and promptly fulfilling Guests requests.
Anticipate Guests needs.
Maintain a high level of knowledge which affects the Guest experience.
Demonstrating a "Service" attitude.
Taking appropriate action to resolve guest complaints.
Appreciate the dynamic nature of the Hotel industry and extend these services attributes to all internal customers.
Health and Safety:
Thoroughly familiarize yourself with the company's established health and safety, ensuring that your areas of responsibilities align with and actively promote these guidelines,
Assume full accountability for addressing hazardous situations, promptly notifying the General Manager of their designee of significant concerns requiring intervention.
Ensure a comprehensive understanding of property safety protocols, first aid procedures.
Conduct a thorough review of security incidents within your operational area.
General:
