Financial Credit Analyst/ Corporate

Bank of Jordan, a reputable financial institution in Jordan, is seeking a diligent and analytical Credit Analyst to join our team. As a Credit Analyst, you will play a crucial role in the evaluation and assessment of credit applications from individual and corporate borrowers.

• Analyze credit applications, including financial statements, tax returns, and other relevant documents, to assess the creditworthiness of borrowers.
• Conduct credit investigations, verifying financial information and assessing the repayment capacity of borrowers.
• Prepare detailed credit reports, including findings and recommendations for credit decisions.
• Collaborate with loan officers and relationship managers to obtain additional information and make informed credit decisions.
• Ensure compliance with internal credit policies and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor and review existing loan portfolios, identifying potential risks and proposing risk mitigation strategies.
• Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and changes in regulatory requirements related to credit analysis.
• Participate in credit committee meetings and provide insights for credit applications.
