Key Responsibilities
Help maintain a clean and organized workspace
Assemble components accurately, thoroughly, and quickly to approved specifications and rates
Load semi-automated machines safely and cautiously according to process instructions
Inspect parts according to quality specifications
Additional Responsibilities
Analyze inspection data, as required
Communicate with other stations on the assembly line to ensure maximum speed and accuracy
Follow Health, Safety, Environmental and Lean standards

Reports to: Shift Supervisor

All functional areas of Production
Work Experience and Education
High school or equivalent level of education
Experience working in a fast moving consumer goods manufacturing environment
Specific Knowledge
An excellent team player who is committed to helping and communicating with coworkers
Some experience in manufacturing is preferred
Basic math skills and good use of logic
Excellent hand-eye coordination along with ability to work quickly and accuracy for performing repetitive tasks
Motivated individuals who want to work and will show up to their scheduled shifts on time and excited and ready to work
