Description: Responsibilities: - Team & Project Management: - Lead and manage tendering activities to align with strategic goals. - Oversee design work, proposals, and ensure timely delivery. - Guide daily team operations, coordinating with internal teams and stakeholders. - Support senior leadership in project execution and coordination. - Proposal Development & Bidding: - Lead proposal development with the bid and business development teams. - Analyze Request for Proposals (RFPs) for design requirements and evaluation. - Develop bid strategies, including cost-effective pricing while ensuring design integrity. - Project Planning & Design Review: - Collaborate with project managers to align design objectives and timelines. - Conduct first-level reviews of architectural and engineering drawings. - Budget & Quality Control: - Manage design-related budgets and ensure cost-effectiveness. - Implement quality control processes to maintain deliverable standards. - Client & Vendor Coordination: - Communicate with clients and vendors to integrate inputs and address inquiries. - Ensure compliance with local regulations, building codes, and submission deadlines. - Content Creation & Documentation: - Assist in writing and refining proposals to align with client needs. - Maintain document organization and version control for proposals. - Administration & Reporting: - Develop periodic reports and oversee manpower planning. - Conduct performance management and follow up on team affairs. Qualifications: - Education: - BSc in Architecture Engineering or related field. - Experience: - 10-15 years in a related field, with at least 5 years in a managerial role. - Language Skills: - Proficiency in both written and spoken Arabic and English. - Training: - Advanced courses in Networking, Strategic Planning, Negotiation, Communication. - Project Management Professional (PMP), LEED, and sustainability certifications. - Competencies: - Advanced in Analytical Thinking, Leadership, Planning, Quality, and Cost Planning. - Professional skills in Communication, Decision Making, Teamwork, and Time Management. - Technical skills in Cost Planning, Value Engineering, Contracts, Sales Forecasting, and Client Management.
