Description:
Create leaderboards and contests to drive engagement among the revenue teams.
Collaborate with executive team to define appropriate measurements and reporting processes. This includes performance dashboards and key performance indicators for performance assessment.
Acquire data from external sources such as State Medical Boards, NPI website, and other sources to extract Psychiatrist and Nurse Practitioner data including licenses and contact information.
Identify and diagnose any potential data integrity issues and collaborate with teams to troubleshoot and solve. Monitor accounts/contacts/deals for missing or inaccurate data and adjusts as needed.
Conduct monthly audits on customer data.
Assign incoming leads and monitor to ensure timely follow-up.
Work on other data accuracy and process improvement projects as needed by the Physicians Liaisons and Account Managers.
Review revenue performance and provides recommendations to leadership on areas where we can expand or focus for client and physician targets to drive revenue.
Provide reporting in key focus areas to keep team updated on trends and performance.
