  • Description: Key Responsibilities:
    • Act as the first point of contact for clients, responding to inquiries and resolving issues via email, phone, and chat.
    • Maintain detailed and accurate records of client interactions using internal systems.
    • Compile and deliver media coverage reports to clients based on specific monitoring criteria.
    • Troubleshoot and escalate technical issues to the appropriate departments when necessary.
    • Collaborate with the operations team to ensure timely delivery of services.
    • Assist clients in understanding media monitoring reports and provide explanations when required.
    • Regularly follow up with clients to ensure continued satisfaction with services and resolve any new issues that arise.
    Qualifications:
    • Bachelor’s degree in communications, business administration, or a related field.
    • Excellent communication skills in both Arabic and English, both written and verbal.
    • Strong problem-solving skills and a client-centric mindset.
    • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
    • Familiarity with CRM tools and customer support systems is a plus.
    • High attention to detail and the ability to work independently.
    • Previous experience in a customer support or client servicing role
    • Basic knowledge of media monitoring and reporting is an advantage.
