On a given day, you will:
- Be the voice of Deriv, providing expert guidance to traders navigating our platforms and products
- Solve complex trading-related challenges through multiple channels, including live chat and email
- Partner with cross-functional teams to transform customer feedback into actionable platform improvements
- Champion customer needs by identifying trends and proposing innovative solutions
- Guide and mentor fellow team members as you grow into a senior role
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations while maintaining exceptional service standards
- As a senior member of the team, act as the face of the team, offering expert leadership and guidance to resolve customer issues, drive product updates, and deliver hands-on training to empower the team
