Noorart, an international company specializing in publishing and distributing educational materials, is looking for a dedicated and motivated Customer Service Representative to join our team for the night shift. The ideal candidate must have a strong background in teaching (Arabic, Religion, or English) with 5-10 years of experience. Excellent English communication skills are required, along with a passion for helping others and handling customer inquiries professionally. This role is perfect for individuals who are proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to contribute to a positive customer experience.Key Responsibilities:Handle customer inquiries and provide solutions via phone, email, and chat.Offer product information and assist customers with their needs.Ensure timely responses to customer queries and follow-ups.Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the company’s CRM system.Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer concerns and improve service.Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and maintain a positive rapport with clients.Qualifications:Gender: Male (as per shift requirements).Education: Bachelor's degree (Required).
