Restaurant Performance Data Analysis & Reporting
Ensures & improves the restaurant’s operation and increase the order acceptance rate, reduce vendor delay through understanding/analysing key data
Implement new configurations to support operations
Identify causes of operational issues as well as symptoms, diagnosis, and cure
Collaborative problem solving with many different stakeholders in the business: Account management, Training team, Driver operations etc
What Did We Order?
Bachelor’s Degree
2-3 years’ experience in operations or logistics. food/grocery tech industry is highly desirable
The ability to quickly adapt to new environment and systems so you can hit the ground running
A highly organized and detail-oriented with an analytical mindset
Advanced Excel and Data Interpretation Skills (Pivots/Spike Analysis/VlookUp/XlookUp)
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
