On a given day, you will:
- Conduct thorough reviews of client accounts and transactions to identify potential compliance risks
- Analyse complex financial data and patterns to detect suspicious activities

- Lead investigations into potential regulatory breaches and prepare detailed reports
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement compliance procedures
- Stay current with regulatory changes and assess their impact on business operations
- Provide expert guidance to internal stakeholders on compliance matters
- Create and deliver compliance training materials for staff
- Utilise AI-powered tools to analyse vast datasets, identify high-risk clients, and prioritise investigations.
- Employ AI to automate repetitive tasks such as transaction monitoring, KYC/AML checks, and report generation

We would love to work with you if you:- Hold a degree in Law, Finance, Business Administration or a related field
- Have 5+ years of experience in AML compliance, regulatory affairs, risk management, or related roles within the financial services or investment industry
- Possess strong knowledge of international financial regulations and AML requirements
- Demonstrate excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Have experience with compliance monitoring tools and systems
- Are fluent in English, with exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Can maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment in sensitive situations
- Have experience or enthusiasm for embracing AI technologies
