ROLE PURPOSE: 

The core objective of this role is to ensure the professional and reliable cleanliness of our office premises and guest houses, fostering a healthy and welcoming environment for our internal staff and visitors.

SCOPE OF ROLE:

Reports to: SC Admin Coordinator

Staff reporting to this post:

KEY AREAS OF ACCOUNTABILITY:

To clean all areas of the offices thoroughly, with the key aim of enhancing the conditions of working space by having excellent standards.

• تنظيف جميع مناطق المكاتب بشكل شامل، بهدف أساسي لتحسين ظروف أماكن العمل من خلال تحقيق معايير ممتازة.

Daily Cleaning Tasks:

• Prepare beverages for staff and visitors.
• Clean floors and all surfaces and materials/ items.
• Dust and polish furniture
• Clean cupboard interiors.
• Polish filing cabinets and other office equipment.
• Clean and disinfect all rooms
• Keep trash bins clean
• Wash and sanitize kitchen appliances and materials
• Maintain cleanliness of meeting rooms and prepare for meetings
• Identify and report any necessary repairs or safety hazards.
• Maintain cleaning equipment and report malfunctions.
• Follow all organizational policies and procedures.

• تنظيف الأرضيات وجميع الأسطح والمواد/الأشياء.
• إزالة الغبار وتلميع الأثاث.
• تنظيف داخل الخزائن.
• تلميع خزائن الملفات ومعدات المكتب الأخرى.
• تنظيف وتعقيم جميع الغرف.
• الحفاظ على نظافة سلات القمامة.
• غسل وتعقيم الأجهزة والمواد المنزلية في المطبخ.
• الحفاظ على نظافة غرف الاجتماعات وتجهيزها للاجتماعات.
• تحديد والإبلاغ عن أي إصلاحات ضرورية أو مخاطر تتعلق بالسلامة.
• صيانة معدات التنظيف والإبلاغ عن أي أعطال.
• الالتزام بجميع السياسات والإجراءات الخاصة بالمنظمة

Weekly Cleaning Tasks

• Wash and sanitize kitchen appliances and materials/ items.
• Keep all surfaces clean
• Keep all decorative items clean
• Clean all office appliances
• Conduct deep cleaning of designated areas weekly.
• Wash all fabrics
• Monitor cleaning and kitchen supplies and notify the relevant team of requirements.

QUALIFICATIONS

Essential:

• Certificate of Education
• Good knowledge of cleaning duties
• Ability to work independently and proactively
• Attention to detail, organizational skills, and discretion with confidential information

EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS

• Minimum 1 year experience in this or equivalent post 
• Verbal and written communication skills in Arabic 
• Good interpersonal skills
